5. PRICING

6. TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment Schedule:
A 50% deposit ($1,250) is due upon signing to initiate the project. The remaining 50% ($1,250) is due upon project completion and delivery of final assets.
Intellectual Property:
Upon receipt of final payment, Texas Rattlin' Rigs will own all rights, title, and interest in the website design, code, and content created by Sean Ringrose with SRAS Studios during this engagement.
Confidentiality:
SRAS Studios agrees to keep all proprietary business information, customer data, and trade secrets provided by Texas Rattlin' Rigs strictly confidential.
Termination:
Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days' written notice. In the event of termination, Texas Rattlin' Rigs will be responsible for payment for all hours worked up to the date of termination at the agreed-upon hourly rate.
