- E-commerce Development: Configuration of a digital storefront tailored for low-volume sales, focusing on ease of use and mobile responsiveness.
- Payment Integration: Complete setup and testing of PayPal as the primary payment processor to ensure secure transaction handling.
- SEO Preservation: Implementation of basic redirects to ensure existing search engine rankings are maintained during the transition.

6. TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Payment Schedule: A 50% deposit ($1,250) is due upon execution of this proposal to commence work. The remaining 50% ($1,250) is due upon project completion and delivery of final credentials.
- Intellectual Property: Upon receipt of final payment, all work product created by Sean Ringrose during this engagement becomes the sole property of SRAS Studios.
- Confidentiality: Sean Ringrose agrees to keep all proprietary business information, customer data, and login credentials confidential and will not disclose them to third parties.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination, SRAS Studios will be billed for all hours worked up to the termination date at the rate of $125/hr.
- Third-Party Fees: This proposal covers labor only. Any third-party costs (e.g., monthly hosting fees, domain registration, or premium plugin subscriptions) are the responsibility of SRAS Studios.
